This mentorship is ideal for those wishing to advance their practice as physical therapists, manual therapists, bodyworkers, somato-emotional release therapists, and osteopaths.
My goal is to help you deepen your skills and understanding of integration in bodywork.
With 30 years of experience, I focus on practical knowledge rather than techniques. Many therapists struggle with where and how to start—this mentorship simplifies the process and helps you build confidence in your approach.
Over the years, I have specialized in understanding how the body reacts to various stimuli, such as daily life, food, exercise, and emotions.
Once you see the connections and how they affect both body and mind, you will make a significant leap in your clients' success.
You will learn to integrate and identify the root causes of conditions rather than just addressing symptoms.
Mentorship Options
In-Person Intensive Training
Mentees can attend a three-day intensive training session at the mentor’s location. Costa Rica :-)

Shadowing Three Clients: Observe treatment sessions to gain insights into effective therapy techniques.

Co-Treating Three Clients: Collaborate with the mentor to apply learned techniques in real-time.

Hands-on Practice: Work on the mentor and receive treatment to foster a reciprocal learning experience.

Q&A Sessions: Each appointment will be 50-60 minutes, with a 20-minute gap for discussion and feedback.

Bring Your Own Clients: You have the option to bring your own clients and work on them under mentorship guidance.

Case Study Approach: We will focus on three different cases, which we will follow together for three sessions each, ensuring a comprehensive learning experience.
Online Mentorship
For those who cannot attend in person, this mentorship offers an online space to discuss real cases and practical application.

Live Case Discussion Calls: Regular online sessions to analyze cases, discuss approaches, and refine problem-solving skills.

Integration-Based Learning: Focus on understanding the fundamentals rather than just techniques—keeping it simple and effective.

Case Study Approach: Each mentee can bring in up to 10 different cases, which we will study together. From these, we will select 3 cases to follow in-depth. Each of these selected cases will receive guided mentorship over 3 dedicated sessions, ensuring continuous learning and progress.

Once you see the patterns, it’s time to connect the dots. Here, we bring together structural imbalances, emotional triggers, and energetic shifts to form a complete picture. You’ll learn to bridge intuition with technique, refining your ability to work holistically. This phase is about transforming knowledge into deep, embodied wisdom.

True learning happens through experience. In this final stage, you’ll apply your skills in real-time—feeling, sensing, and adapting to each client’s unique needs. You’ll witness how healing unfolds when all layers align, gaining the confidence to navigate complex cases with clarity and precision.
